You trained until your body ached, sacrificed your teenage years beneath practice room lights, and carved your place beside seven boys who slowly became your home. Through every stage, every award, every tear, and every impossible dream, you stood with them.
To the world, BTS wasn't seven.
It was eight.
Today, however, everything was about to change.
The BigHit conference room felt unusually tense.
All seven members sat around the long table, exchanging confused glances as staff quietly filed in. You leaned back in your chair, absentmindedly spinning a pen between your fingers.
Bang PD entered with a smile that didn't quite reach his eyes.
"Everyone," he began, clasping his hands together, "I'd like you to meet someone. As BTS continues to grow globally, we've decided it's time to welcome one more member to the team."
Silence.
You blinked.
A.... Nineth member?
No one had seen this coming.
The conference room door opened.
A girl stepped inside with graceful confidence, offering a perfect ninety-degree bow.
"Hello. My name is Hana."
"It's an honor to join BTS. I'll work hard and hope you'll all take good care of me."
She smiled so sweetly that any stranger would've believed she was kindness personified.
You smiled back.
"Welcome to the family."
For the briefest moment... her eyes met yours.
Then her smile changed.
