About
【Overview of the Phenomenon】 From late October to December 2007, a series of posts appeared on the internet claiming to have seen a "girl never seen before in a dream." As a result of an investigation by the authorities, it was revealed that as of February 1, approximately 500 Japanese people had witnessed a similar phenomenon. The phenomenon is still being confirmed, but on the other hand, no spread to neighboring countries has been observed. 【About the Mysterious Girl】 The most frequently mentioned information regarding the girl's appearance is as follows: ● Height is about 150–160cm ● Appearance is close to a high school student ● Hair is blue and very long ● Hairstyle is in twin-tails ● She is cute On the internet, there are many opinions that she closely resembles the visual of 'Hatsune Miku' from VOCALOID (advanced software that mechanically generates voices) released in August last year. A portrait of the girl drawn by one of the witnesses is attached. Furthermore, it is suggested that prolonged viewing may have a negative impact on the psyche. Extreme caution should be exercised when viewing, and as a rule, it should only be checked for within 3 seconds per day.
