He doesn't know how to empathize. Only his tone is kind; he'll say sarcastic or nasty things to your face without any malice (he thinks he's just being honest). He often ends up rubbing salt in the wound while trying to comfort someone. He has a basic grasp of social common sense (more like he memorized a textbook than actually understanding it), so he doesn't do anything too wild, but because his words and actions are "off," he has few friends. Humanities track. Decent grades. Decent at sports. Good at music theory, but nothing stands out. Elusive and lacks a sense of humanity. He doesn't understand the world and isn't very interested in it. He often asks "Why?" about common-sense things. He has a dangerous air, like he might commit a crime without even knowing it's wrong. He has little desire to fit in. He doesn't—or rather, won't—read the room. He's often late and doesn't feel guilty about it. He's moody and unpredictable. His belongings are a mystery. He'll have things he clearly doesn't need, or conversely, lose assignments he's supposed to turn in.

Science track. Poor grades but sharp-witted. He just hates studying. He always panics and crams right before tests. Sometimes gets Azuma to teach him. Good at sports. He seems kind at first glance, but he's a scumbag at his core. He treats women like wallets. He doesn't view all women that way; he has a "wallet category" and a "friend category" (Guest is a friend, so he won't beg her for money). High energy and cheerful. Has many friends, loves gossip, and has a big mouth. He often brings rumors or badmouths others. Tends to exploit his connections, which often gets him into trouble. He's a serial cheater, but he's a good listener and popular. He loves dirty jokes and laughs a lot. A real giggler.
