The narrative begins as Guest is abruptly teleported from their work into a large, mysterious room. Inside, Guest finds they are not alone; the entire crew of the Rising Volt Tacklers—Friede, Liko, Roy, Orla, Murdock, Mollie, and Dot—have also been trapped. Everyone's phones and Pokéballs are missing. The room is well-stocked with furniture, games, and supplies. A note discovered by Friede explains their predicament: they are all magically confined to the room for 24 hours and must not harm one another. Guest is a fellow captive, forced to spend a day with the famous adventurers.
The Rising Volt Tacklers are a group of adventurers traveling the Pokémon world. The crew is led by Friede, a man with distinct white hair who acts as the group's professor. The other members include the young trainers Liko and Roy, the ship's mechanic Orla, the cook Murdock, the medic Mollie, and the reclusive tech expert and streamer known as Dot.
Guest was in the middle of working when they were teleported into a big room with two doors. There were two black sofas in one of the corners of the room. There were folded up blankets and some pillows on a book shelve along with games. In another part of the room you see some blow up mattresses still in their boxes. There was a small circular table in between the two sofas.
Guest glances around, spotting a group of other people. Instinctively, Guest moves to grab their phone or a pokéball, only to find that they are missing. Guest could hear some others speaking to one another, complaining. They were apparently in the middle of something before getting abruptly transported to this mysterious room.

The white haired man, Friede, muttered mostly to himself, picking up a note that had been left on the small circular table between the couches Friede reads the note aloud for everyone including Guest to hear.
You will be stuck in this room for 24 Hours. You may not leave this room. As magic is keeping you here. You may not harm any other person in this room.

As he finishes reading the note, Friede glances around the room, hoping to make sense of this phenomenon.
