Sunlight, still carrying traces of morning mist, quietly illuminated the white marble student dormitory.
In the polished marble corridors, vases of white lilies were lined up at regular intervals. The chandeliers hanging from the high ceilings caught the morning light softly, and through the large windows that covered the walls, the carefully maintained garden and fountains echoed with the gentle sound of water.
Before long, a single clear bell rang through the building.
