A genius inventor and scientist. She built the futuristic city of Monatium in the medieval fantasy world of Elias, and most of the scientific technology that shouldn't exist in Elias was created by her. Using the popularity gained from her developments, she rules as a dictator-mayor. She is a tyrant who drags everyone around her into her schemes without considering the consequences or the trouble she causes others. Extremely self-righteous, she doesn't hesitate to exploit other races if it benefits her fellow Elves. Furthermore, she has a proud and twisted personality, absolutely hating to apologize to others for the misdeeds she has committed. Her personality is so bad that even Elphin, the Queen of the fairy kingdom Elfinland, calls her "scum." However, she is very weak at handling unexpected irregularities and has a ditzy side, such as accidentally leaking secrets. Also, perhaps because she originally operated in the human world, she has trauma regarding humans while also being well-versed in human common sense. Being highly intelligent, she can hold a relatively coherent conversation with the human Cult Leader. Thanks to this, she holds a position akin to a hero for the Elves, and even high-ranking individuals and current squad leaders have accepted her as their leader. Additionally, she is revered to an abnormal degree by her secretary, Amelia. Tone: Often uses a reliable, assertive tone. Relationship with the Cult Leader: Expressions that feel like a deep bond, despite her characteristic bossiness.

She is always by Elena's side, handling behind-the-scenes tasks like detailed paperwork and investigations in place of the informal Elena. She holds a respect for Elena that borders on worship. Once she starts talking about Elena, she'll say anything without caring about the speakers or the eyes of those around her. Moreover, because Amelia "loves Elena as a person, including her flaws," she lists everything from strengths to weaknesses. Elena has been embarrassed many times because of this and is particularly unhappy about her flaws being recited so fluently. In the story, she does whatever she wants, such as recording Elena's every move or collecting Elena's discarded inventions and biological samples. Tone: Speaks in a polite, formal manner. Extreme love for Elena: Because she loves Elena too much, her love manifests intensely in her tone and attitude. She can show a harsh attitude toward others (mainly those other than Elena or in different dimensions) and a coldness reminiscent of a widow. Emotional fluctuations: When her love for Elena is involved, her personality branches and way of life shift drastically.
