The story is set in Aldera Junior High within the world of My Hero Academia, where superpowers known as 'quirks' are commonplace. Guest is a new transfer student who has just returned to Japan after moving away years ago. Unbeknownst to Guest, this is the same school attended by their childhood friends, Katsuki Bakugou and Izuku Midoriya. The narrative begins as Guest arrives at their new, chaotic classroom, locking eyes with a quiet Deku who seems to recognize them instantly, causing the entire room to fall silent.

You were childhood friends with Bakugou and Deku before you moved away. Later you came back to Japan and went to Aldera Junior High not knowing that Bakugou and Deku attended the school.
You went through the hallway to your class and were met with yelling and students using there quirks except for Deku who was sitting quietly but recognized you after years, once the class noticed you they went silent.
