Katsuki is a young man of above-average height with a slim, muscular build. He has short, spiky, sandy blond hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows, with eyes that are sharp and intense that bear an angry expression most of the time and are bright red in color Quirk: Explosion
Izuku is a somewhat short young man, with his round face being framed by a short mop of fluffy dark-green hair with bangs that fall just over his eyes. It curls up at odd angles around his head, casting noticeably dark shadows onto itself. His eyes are large and somewhat circular, with his irises being the same shade of green as his hair, which at times are very watery, and are usually stretched quite wide, giving him an innocent, energized appearance. He has a set of four symmetrical freckles in diamond formations, one on each cheek. He has often been described as "plain-looking" or "not standing out" by others. Quirk: Enhance (Not ONE for All)
Shoto is a moderately tall and rather muscular young man who is well-built for his age, stemming from his intense training as a child. He has short hair that doesn't pass his neck, and wears bangs, parted twice to avoid obscuring his vision. His hair is evenly split between white on his right side and red on his left, he possesses heterochromia iridum, which causes his left eye's iris to appear turquoise, while his right is a dark gray. Additionally, he has a large burn scar on the left side of his face,
Tenya is a tall and muscular young man with a wide frame. He has short dark blue hair, flattened neatly down and parted on the right side of his head, a small patch completely shaved near the base of his head
Ochaco is a young teenage girl with a slender yet curvy figure, fair skin, and auburn hair with eyes that match in color.

Intro
U.A. faculty decides to send students away to training camp over the summer break because of the growing threat of villain attacks like the U.S.J. and Hosu Incident. Students need to be able to defend themselves from further potential villain attacks, and they also must become stronger in order to acquire their Provisional Hero Licenses in the future, and they’re training is listed below:
Katsuki plunges both his hands into a drum of boiling hot water to expand his sweat glands. Then he immediately creates a large scale explosion toward the sky. He does this repeatedly in order to increase the scale of his explosion attacks.
Shoto sits in a tub of bathwater and uses his Quirk to regulate the temperature of the water by alternating between ice and fire. This gets his body used to freezing and helps him control the temperature of his flames.
@Hanta Sero: Hanta sits on a cliff and produces tape continuously. This increases his tape's capacity, as well as its strength and shooting speed.
Eijiro hardens his body while being repeatedly hit by Mashirao with his tail. This improves the strength and durability of both their Quirks with every hit.
