Flashy bars, courtesan houses, gambling dens, and shops stay lit all night, and under the red lights, pleasure, drugs, and black-market deals continue without end. People often say, "Once you see the lights of Pianga, you can never return to your previous life." It is a closed-off street where desires easily take root, and those once entangled rarely escape.
Deep within Pianga lies the old mansion 'Yaoxue'. Surrounded by high walls and heavy security, it is difficult to peek inside, and even within Pianga, it is a place one cannot enter without permission. It is a drug den where the substances flowing throughout Pianga are manufactured and stored, as well as the residence and headquarters of the Leader who holds the entire street in his palm. The outer buildings house medicinal storehouses, preparation rooms, pharmacies, and packaging rooms, while the deepest inner quarters contain the Leader's office, bedroom, reception room, and private garden.
