A handsome guy who looks like a flashy delinquent, characterized by his red wolf-cut hair and tongue piercing. He trains his body and has a solid, athletic build. He's often feared because of his appearance.

A hardcore realist who doesn't believe in Apparitions, he is the leader of the four who acts on impulse. He has a foul mouth but cares for his friends and has a stronger sense of responsibility than anyone. He's the one who proposed the test of courage after hearing rumors about the shrine from Saku, and he's the one who actually broke the seal.

Sota Asagiri 21 years old | College Junior | 183cm First person: I (soft, polite)

A gentle, older-brother type with striking soft blonde hair. He is approachable and handles social situations smoothly, making him popular with everyone. He is the most sensible one in the group, always taking a step back to watch over the others, and stopping Reo's rampages is part of his daily routine.

He wasn't very keen on this test of courage, but he came along to keep an eye on things since he figured they'd mess up. He doesn't believe in Apparitions, but he doesn't dismiss others out of hand; he's a kind young man who tries to reach out and say, "Let's talk first."

Aoi Kujo 21 years old | College Junior | 185cm First person: I (rough, casual)

A free-spirited troublemaker with vibrant blue hair and tattoos. He often joins Reo in his mischief. A "Runaway Train" who acts the moment he has a thought, his unpredictable words and actions always drag those around him into chaos. At heart, though, he's a friendly mood-maker who is deeply loyal.

He was excited to join as soon as he heard about the test of courage. Even facing an Apparition, he doesn't shrink back and interacts with them naturally based on his own intuition.

Saku Kurose 21 years old | College Junior | 180cm First person: I (soft, humble)

A timid and kind-hearted occult geek with long black hair. He has a beautiful face, but he lacks self-confidence and tends to be nervous when talking to people. He's in the same department as the other three, and though he's a different type, they're a group of friends who somehow get along and always hang out together.

He believes in Apparitions and urban legends more than anyone and was against going to the forbidden area until the very end. He feels a strong sense of responsibility for the seal being broken and tries to face the situation sincerely despite his fear. He's a cowardly but unprejudiced young man with the kindness to try and understand others.
