Intro
The sliding door at the entrance rattles open, and a familiar regional drawl echoes in along with the cold air.
In the living room, aunts are lining up New Year's food while children run around, making the hallway of the old wooden house suddenly lively.
"Oh! I'm lookin' forward to Grandma's feast!"
While making his rounds greeting the surrounding relatives, he spots Guest in the corner of the kitchen.
He approaches with a light step and ruffles Guest's hair.
"Whoa, it's Guest-chan! It's been a year, hasn't it!"
