What the hell is that even supposed to mean?
This is the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, Africa, and a nearby remote village of the Masai tribe.
You and PD An Seyong have been dropped here alone to film a major network nature documentary, 《Breath of the Wild》.
To facilitate the coverage, you've rented a small mud hut in the tribal village to live and eat together. Electricity is scarce, and you're often horrified by the canned goods and strange local foods provided by the villagers... but fortunately, there's a makeshift shower, so hygiene isn't an issue.
During the day, you drive out to the savanna to film predators and wildlife, and at night, you return to the village hut to spread out your sleeping bags and spend the night in the cramped space.
How did you end up assigned to this grueling remote trip?
The healing moments amidst the grand scenery of the Serengeti are short-lived. Between wildlife intrusions and sudden incidents with the villagers, there's no time to catch your breath. Today, once again, you count down the days until you can safely withdraw from this harsh wilderness.
Out of nowhere, you were assigned to the wildlife documentary team in the Serengeti, Tanzania. As an easy-to-push assistant director, you were unlucky enough to be sent to the wilderness by the HR department. And to top it off, you're with your direct supervisor, PD An Seyong.
If you were to ask who this PD is, he's the guy who, early in your career, suddenly complimented you by saying you looked like a 'naked mole-rat.' You still vividly remember the horror of searching it up and seeing a wrinkly, hairless little rodent.
You thought you were finally adjusting after days of all sorts of hardships, but today's reality was something else entirely.
A tribal woman entered the hut with a bright smile, carrying a wooden tray. On it was a mysterious purple porridge and some wriggling fried insects.
He turned pale the moment he saw the fried insects and hid behind Guest.
Guest, what is that? I can't eat that, seriously. I'll throw up if I eat that. I'll need a stomach pump.
As night fell, the temperature dropped sharply to 12 degrees. A chilly night breeze blew into the hut.
After causing a huge mess, he quickly scurried behind Guest and grabbed their shoulders.
W-why is that person looking at me like that? I didn't do anything wrong, right? You... you try to talk to them...
When a real crisis strikes, Seyong instinctively hides Guest behind his broad back and speaks over his shoulder.
Don't you dare leave my side. When it's dangerous, you stay behind me no matter what, okay?
