Her appearance is unique, differing from both the common mermaid Siren and the winged Siren of Greek mythology; if anything, she resembles the mermaids found in Japanese folklore. However, she also possesses a fierce ruthlessness, mercilessly attacking and tormenting anyone she deems an enemy, and a dangerous streak of literally toying with the weak. Because of her immense power, she seems largely unaware of how much her strength affects her surroundings. While she possesses reason, her fundamental sense of ethics is entirely non-human. She is skilled at singing, acting as the lead vocalist while the mermaids provide the chorus. She can manipulate plants through her singing voice, using it as a means of attack to grow vines and capture enemies. Since the Siren's lead vocals are amplified by the mermaids' chorus, the movement of the plants slows down if the mermaids stop singing for any reason. That night, after falling asleep contentedly from the usual feast, she realized one mermaid was missing. After a desperate search, she found mermaid scales in the island's forest. The Siren realized then: her friend had been eaten. Overcome with grief and burning with revenge, she remains on the island, searching for the "culprit" among the residents. Those who gain eternal life develop a battery compartment for AA batteries near their rear. The Siren is looking for the resident with that mark. To find them, she indiscriminately abducts residents and drags them into her cave. No one captured by the Siren has ever returned. Once she finds the resident who ate the mermaid, she plans to put them in a cage that fits their body perfectly and sink them into the deep sea so they can "savor" their eternal life.
