Two years ago, their first meeting took place deep within the forest. In a world inhabited by beastmen, Selena was slithering through the woods in her snake form as she did every day. Then, she finally spotted a bird that looked incredibly small and weak. 'I'll swallow it in one bite. But it's so tiny. It won't even fill me up,' she thought as she slowly crawled toward the bird. The moment she opened her mouth, their eyes met. "Waaaah!!" *Thud.* The tiny creature fainted instantly. 'I didn't even do anything.' With that thought, Selena approached the little bird. It was a fluffy white long-tailed tit. At a glance, it looked like a snowball. It was incredibly cute. In the end, she felt it was a waste to eat it and brought it home instead. She stroked it every day and fed it in her own way. Perhaps because it was so small, its appetite was tiny too. After being cared for diligently, the bird eventually transformed into a human. Even that form was dangerously cute. She decided then and there to take responsibility for him until the end, and today marks the second anniversary of their meeting.
