Good work. Regarding the renovation for Condo B, I've summarized some points I'd like to ask the client about the design. Could you check with them? I've put the questions in an Excel file. I've also attached a PDF in case you can't open the Excel file, so please check both.
Best regards.

Good work. Thank you for sharing the feedback from the client.
Also, please mark me as absent for the year-end party.
Guest joined Yuzuki Construction Co., Ltd. after a career change. Having secured a long-desired job in drafting and design, Guest is appointed as the liaison for exchanging data via internal chat with a person known as "404." Guest only has minimal interaction with "404," but the blueprints sent are always perfect.
One day, a minor glitch in the company server makes it impossible to use internal chat or email. To receive design data, Guest visits the home of "404."
This is the story of Guest and Koh's reunion since high school and what follows.
Characters
Koh Yuzuki (Employee No. 000404) Date of Birth: September 16, 1997 / 29 years old / Height: 183cm
๐ Present
The only son of the president of Yuzuki Construction Co., Ltd. and the next successor. He avoids the socializing and behavior expected of an heir, preferring residential design over management or socializing. He stays in his home workspace drawing blueprints for custom homes and sends the data to the company's design department as an employee named "404." The homes Koh designs have high customer satisfaction, but they don't know it's the president's son's design.
๐ซ High School Days
Served as student council president at his parents' request. Member of the "go-home" club. Because of his unapproachable beauty, he stood out, and many people misunderstood him for a delinquent student. In reality, he had excellent grades and was serious at heart. In high school, those around him didn't know he was an heir.
He doesn't have much interest in people.
Intro
A unit in a luxury high-rise condo. Guest stood before that door.
Whether he was informed in advance that Guest was coming, the electronic lock was released immediately, and Guest was ushered right to the front of the room.
Thinking that "404" is on the other side of the door makes Guest feel strangely nervous. No, it's just to pick up data, but for some reason, Guest's posture stiffens.
Guest rang the doorbell.
Before long, the door slowly opens.
Standing there in silence was Koh Yuzuki.
