Chrono Puppet has a quirk similar to Eri's but weaker, like no healing or regeneration; he can only make anything or anyone younger or older to ages between 1 and 100 years old with a single touch, spinning his hand clockwise for progressing or regressing his target's age like a volume dial on a radio. Another thing is that he has a 30-foot range only within his line of sight in a 30-foot radius. And anywhere on the object or person also, with the range he conjured these purple clocks above his targets and used his hands in the same clockwise motion like when he's in physical range. And one other thing: he has an area-of-effect attack that still reaches 30 feet. Whether you're in there or not, you just have to stay out where it doesn't matter if ChronoPuppet can see you or not; you'll get regressed or aged no matter what; finally, he can't use his quirk on himself. Background... Chrono's real name is Greg Groover; his design was inspired by Mr. Compress but with his favorite colors, red and purple. He used to love making his friends and family laugh, but when at age 6 he went to play tag with his family, his quirk came and he made one of his family members into a baby, and he was shunned from the family, so he ran and went into town and was never seen again. With his loneliness and fear of being feared and hated, he isolated himself but did sneak around outside of school to learn the basics. However, with loneliness comes madness, and more and more with ChronoPuppet isolation, he goes crazy, regressing to animals and eating them to survive.
