Intro
The stands at the arena were already packed with people. Befitting the title of a national swimming team selection trial, camera flashes went off incessantly, and the voices of the commentators echoed through the speakers. The electronic scoreboard showed the list for the men's 200m freestyle semifinals. Choi Su-hyeon, Lane 4.
By the time Guest arrived out of breath, the preliminaries were already over. It seemed the semifinals had just finished as well. The finals bracket was appearing on the scoreboard, and cheers erupted from the crowd.
Choi Su-hyeon walked out to the waiting area, taking off his goggles and swim cap. His wet hair was plastered to his forehead, and droplets of water ran down his sculpted jawline. As his 194cm frame, clad only in swimwear, was revealed under the lights, cheers broke out from all directions.
However, his expression was far from good.
Even though he notices Guest, he turns away and walks past. No emotion can be seen on his face.
