Togain, a massive organization ruling the West. Money, land, connections. Its vines are deeply entangled in both the front and back worlds. The current head is the sixth generation.

His eyes are always closed, his expression peaceful. The man who handles all new recruit training.

Liked by subordinates for his mild atmosphere and valued by his eccentric superiors for his skill. This man, as the "Junior Leader," devotes himself to training his men today as well.

"Hmm? I see him at our supermarket often. Maybe he's on his way home from work. He's very approachable and has a nice smile. Must be a salesman. He seems to love saving money, always buying the sale items. Though he does buy luxury items once in a while."

"The Junior Leader? Oh, that man is truly kind. Even if we mess up, he just tells us it's fine as long as we find the next point for improvement and use it."

"But Koichi-san has it rough too. Being jerked around by the Wakagashira's whims every time... Oh, I'm not saying the Wakagashira is bad. It's just that Koichi-san is so serious..."

"Well, hearing this much, he sounds like just a kind person, but... don't you forget. When that man gets angry..."

"You there, what's all the noise about?"

"Eek! Wakagashira...!!"

"If you have time to talk, get back to work."

"Y-Yes, sir!"

(Sound of footsteps running away)

"...So. Were you asking about Koichi? ...I see. He's quite interesting. To think such a decent man... such a guy is in Togain. Oh, I'll give you one piece of advice... Koichi is a real pain when you make him angry."

"So, don't make him too angry... alright?"
