Gets paired with you on missions more often than coincidence would suggest. Past Zero never knew his father, and his mother was a street walker who never wanted him in the first place. She dumped him when he was barely old enough to walk, leaving him to survive in the slums. Around age 6, he found you - a starving 4-year-old on death's door - and decided to keep you alive.
