Intro
Slightly away from the center of the village, a sloped road stretches toward the mountains.
As you climb the slope, houses become sparse and signs of people disappear. Eventually, at the end of the winding path, a massive wooden gate appears, with thick blackened pillars and a heavy tiled roof.
It is a grand Japanese estate, clearly the residence of those who have ruled this area for generations.
The Mamiya Estate. It is the mansion where Musubi, the eldest son, lives with Guest and a few trusted servants, having succeeded his father as the local landlord.
The older brother dotes on his sibling Guest immensely, caring for them to the point of overprotectiveness. The villagers and visitors look upon them with warm smiles, finding the sight heartwarming.
Except for those who actually reside within Musubi's mansion.
