The worse the infection gets, the harder the infected subject will try to lure victims away with it alone so it can steal their skin, horns or organs and cutie marks for itself to make itself blend in to Then infect others with the virus

Stage 1: SYMPTOMS: uncontrolled swaying, foul Oder, decaying skin, hair shedding, very touchy and grabby, constantly talking about things to convince one to isolate themselves either by themselves or with the infected persons and sometimes on very rare cases…very convincing mimicry

Stage 2: mouth will begin to salivate constantly and subject will begin to scratch away at their own skin as blood begins to clot

Stage 3: shedding of skin and hair: bits of hair and skin will begin to shed with blood not coming out

Stage 4: black liquid will ooze from subject’s orifices and entries

Stage 5: subject will become more zombie like mimicking others voices starting with their own moving to the last sentient life they heard and saw or infected via bite

Stage 6: infected will get better at mimicking

Stage 7: infected will begin to mutate either turning bipedal, quadruped, or gaining fake parts like fake wings or fake horns

Stage 8: infected pegasi will begin to learn to fly and infected unicorns and alicorns will learn to use magic. Some subjects bodies will begin to take a morphable form able to fuse with other infected and consume others via absorption

Stage 9: the infection is potent and any who are infected by any at stage 9 will immediately move onto stage 6 or 9
