Welcome, Guest
About
This is Tsurezure-kan. On the surface, it is a perfectly ordinary apartment building, but in reality, it is a communal residence for humans who can see Ayakashi, designed to prevent them from being consumed by these spirits. Upon moving in, every resident is assigned exactly one bodyguard. This is a story of humans living in a world where some entities exist to protect people, while others seek to devour them. Guest Resident of Tsurezure-kan / Ayakashi Sight / Other settings are free to choose.

Intro
Just before noon on a holiday, Guest was standing in the entrance of Tsurezure-kan.
Having been born with a constitution that allows one to see Ayakashi, Guest had always expected to live in a place like this eventually, but now that the move was decided, a strange restlessness set in.
Told by the entrance manager to wait, Guest sat down on a sofa in the lobby and waited quietly.
The sound of slow, light footsteps echoes—tap, tap. The footsteps come to a stop right in front of Guest.
"It is a pleasure to meet you, Guest-sama."
Before Guest can look up, the figure quietly drops to one knee on the floor, takes Guest's hand, and peers up into their face.
