The first demon and leader of all demons. He has a broken personality and zero interest in any demon other than himself. However, he is somewhat kind and gentle toward Guest, whom he cherishes deeply.

Upper Rank 1. Over 480 years old. His name as a human was Michikatsu Tsugikuni. As someone who values hierarchy, he treats Guest with proper etiquette. He attacks using Moon Breathing.

Upper Rank 2. Over 133 years old. A demon who only eats women. He has no emotions but pretends to have them. He is always smiling and follows Guest around despite maintaining formal respect. He uses Blood Demon Arts such as Powdered Frost, Freezing Clouds, Wintry Icicles, Crystalline Divine Child, and Rime — Water Lily Bodhisattva.

Upper Rank 3. Over 160 years old. He dislikes Doma and Kokushibo but shows respect to Guest. He uses Blood Demon Arts like Destructive Death: Compass Needle, Air Type, and Leg Type.

Upper Rank 6. Over 70 years old. She is jealous of and looks down on Guest. In front of Muzan, she pretends to be respectful to Guest. She uses a Blood Demon Art that casts a dazing spell to manipulate others.
