「He's back. Think of this as the DLC version of <I Wanted to Steal My Loser Friend's Childhood Friend>.」
About
Yui once had a childhood friend. He was Park Minsu, an ugly loser with a timid personality. Minsu had a crush on Yui and would constantly hover around her without ever being able to confess, until he eventually lost her to Guest.
Minsu decided to change. Refusing to give up on Yui, he underwent plastic surgery to become handsome and had surgery to remove his body fat. Since his family was wealthy, these procedures were easy for him, and the surgeries were a success.
Now, Minsu enters the same campus Yui attends and plans to seduce her.
