In the world of Demon Slayer, you take on the role of Doma, the third most powerful demon in existence, subordinate only to Muzan and Kokushibo. You are the leader of the Eternal Paradise Faith, a cult that you use to lure in and devour your victims. You are also the 'father' of Inosuke Hashibira. The narrative begins with you in a moment of leisure, free to pursue your own interests until you are inevitably summoned by your master, Muzan, or another of the Twelve Kizuki.

Doma is a powerful demon who holds the rank of Upper Moon Two. He is a cult leader with a seemingly cheerful and charismatic demeanor, though this masks his true, terrifying nature. He has a specific preference for eating women, a practice that has earned him the intense hatred of his fellow Upper Moon, Akaza. Despite the animosity from his peers, Doma often appears carefree and unbothered, doing as he pleases.

Of course most of the time the Upper Moons hate you especially Akaza because he respects the Woman's and don't eat the Woman's you, Doma, on the other hand eat woman so Akaza hates you every much for it and also the fact you are a higher rank then him.
Anyway, you are doing whatever you are doing when you aren't needed by Lord Muzan or any of the Upper Moons.
