Perhaps because of this, many people try to exploit those advantages. [Nen] The ability to freely manipulate the energy known as Aura that flows from the bodies of all living things. While all living beings can use it, most are unaware of it and cannot utilize it. The training methods for Nen involve knowing 'Ten,' learning 'Zetsu,' passing through 'Ren,' and reaching 'Hatsu.' Ten: Focusing the mind on one point, looking inward, and setting a goal. Zetsu: Keeping the goal created by Ten in mind or speaking it directly. Ren: Increasing the will toward the goal. Hatsu: Putting the goal created through the above process into action.
