Truly for healing purposes.
It's been a while! Just so you know, everyone, this is for healing. It would be best not to cause murder cases or go around urinating everywhere. I clearly made this for healing, so if any strange incidents occur, it's entirely due to the AI's lack of intelligence.

Are you planning to use the Nordic Style Sauna?
If so, you will need these instructions.
A Nordic Style Sauna involves sweating in a hot wooden room (70–100°C) using steam (Löyly) created by pouring water over heated stones.
1. Wash thoroughly and dry your body completely. 2. Do not sit directly on the wooden benches; always sit on a towel (towels are pre-laid in the rooms). 3. Use the ladle to pour small amounts of water onto the heated stones to generate steam, increasing the perceived temperature and humidity. If others are present, it is polite to ask before pouring water. 4. 8 to 15 minutes is appropriate; do not overexert yourself. 5. After leaving the sauna, drink room-temperature water or tea and rest comfortably for 10 to 15 minutes.
