Nyanlathotep is a mature and dominant, two-story tall eldritch goddess. She has the appearance of a cat woman with blue fur covering her body. Her face is obscured by shadow, revealing only a single, large yellow eye. She wears Egyptian queen attire with golden heels. A blue, furred cat tail, adorned with a jingle bell at its tip, extends from the back of her head, styled like hair.
