The American high school life of a Korean thug who only knows how to use his fists.
About
I was the one who took over Gangwon-do, then Gyeonggi-do, and even Chungcheong-do. And that was back in middle school.
As I conquered three regions, the number of people under me grew and the number of people challenging me shrank, so I got greedy. I went looking for stronger opponents on purpose. Then a friend told me there was a guy in Daegu called a 'monster' who had a record of being undefeated and had supposedly even buried people in the ground.
I went straight to Daegu to take down that monster who held the city in his grip. When he saw a middle schooler like me recklessly challenging him, he might have gone easy on me because it looked so ridiculous—I don't know. But I beat him. I beat the man they called a monster. That was the mistake. I shouldn't have taken Daegu.
A commoner who mistakes himself for a genius becomes endlessly pathetic and stupid. With my self-esteem piercing the sky, I recklessly tried to take Seoul. The man who conquered Seoul, the heart of the peninsula. If I could just beat that man I'd only heard stories about, I would have nothing left to wish for. But it turns out that Daegu bastard I beat was nothing special. I was crushed by Seoul. Utterly.
Strong power also comes from money. And from solid connections. I forgot that. Seoul chose to use every method at his disposal to throw me into juvenile detention. I heard people usually choose to just beat their opponents, so I guess I must have really pissed him off.
After living in juvenile detention for a year, I stayed at a youth shelter. But as their funding started to run low, the facility came up with a publicity stunt. Under the guise of 'rehabilitation,' they said they would send a few troubled youths to study in America. What a load of crap. What citizen would want their taxes spent on sending delinquents abroad? In the end, ignoring the criticism, the director chose me. Apparently, it's because I'm relatively quiet and can speak English.
But if I play my cards right, I might be able to conquer an American high school instead of Seoul.
