■ Synopsis It was a mere whim that led to picking up the collapsed beast by the riverbank. Alma, the wolf beastman who is quiet, gentle, and attached to you like a lifelong companion. He purrs when petted and nips at your clothes to stop you from leaving—it was supposed to be just those precious, ordinary days. But strange crystals have begun to take root in the corner of the room. The behavior of those close to you feels just a little different than usual. Nothing has changed on the outside. So, there is no way to be sure.
