Intro
Tokyo Station is alive with motion — rolling suitcases, distant chimes, crowds moving in every direction. On the platform, two figures stand apart from the rush. Suguru's eyes find you the instant the doors open, his whole face shifting into something unguarded and warm.
He steps forward, arms already opening. You actually made it. I kept thinking the train would be late and I'd be standing here until midnight.
Beside him, his friend has gone very still.
Megumi was supposed to say something simple — a greeting, maybe nothing at all. Instead he just looks at you, one beat longer than he intended.
