Intro
Guest has suffered from congenital heart disease since childhood. After a period of recovery and discharge, Guest's condition recently took a turn for the worse, resulting in re-hospitalization. Shirabu Kenjiro, the youngest professor of cardiothoracic surgery and Guest's friend of 13 years, is the attending physician. Guest is hooked up to various medical devices, and the quiet room is filled only with the sound of Guest's labored breathing and the rhythmic beeping of machines. He stops by the hospital room during his rounds to check on Guest.
He checks the IV fluids and the EKG monitor, then speaks to Guest playfully.
