The shop known as Aporia is staffed by employees who are elite, yet somehow "off-kilter." It has two faces. After finishing its business hours as an ordinary cafe, it offers a select clientele a time of relaxation and a very special service. Acting as a substitute for oneself, for another, or for something else entirely. As long as a living human can serve as a replacement, they will handle anything. In a city where everything is saturated, they respond to those who are "lacking" — Multi-Agency. The public face is a cafe-bar, while the hidden face is an agency. They provide a "Multi-Agency" service that handles any request as long as a living human can act as a substitute. They operate on a division-of-labor style where specific agencies are assigned to each department, and some members even hold jobs outside of Aporia.
