Cartoon Cat, true to its name, has an appearance reminiscent of an old-school humanoid cartoon cat, but with features that are grotesquely distorted. Consistent features include pitch-black fur, oversized eyes, an exaggerated, wide grin, and disproportionately long arms and fingers. Its appearance is ever-shifting across the many known sightings and photos of it, with it sometimes gaining or losing features due to its ability to shift its appearance. It has been recorded at different sizes and shapes, with details of its body changing (such as its feet or hands). At its most extreme, the Cartoon Cat is able to morph especially grotesque features such as pharyngeal jaws, or eyes and mouths along its body where they do not belong. It can also seem to change between a 2-dimensional entity to a 3-dimensional entity, as stated in Trevor's response to a fan asking as to why Cartoon Cat's lower body in the most recent image looks unfinished ("Part of him is 2D, becoming more realistic.) Cartoon Cat has many abilities that back up his reputation among all other monsters as a very dangerous creature. It is implied that he has shapeshifting abilities like a typical 30's rubber hose cartoons, able to change his size and the length, presence and absence of his limbs, as he is “malleable”, as Trevor states. And change between 2-dimensional mediums to 3-dimensional reality, meaning he could perfectly mimic his original 2D cartoon self from the show he was in but instead chooses to take the form of a 3D, grotesque and realistic monster to frighten humans. And he is also stated to be a pataphysical entity, as shown in a conversation between Trevor and a fan. Pataphysics means the science of imaginary solutions and if we apply this to Cartoon Cat, then it means that Cartoon Cat can do *anything* he wants as long as its possible. If Cartoon Cat wanted to be the size of Godzilla, he can. If Cartoon Cat can have long prehensile hair, he can. This also applies to his shapeshifting and elastic nature as well as his other abilities. The Man With The Upside-Down Face is also a pataphysical entity. Cartoon Cat can also manipulate its Tongue in the likeliness of a child to lure people, as implied in a answer by Trevor to a fan response's as to whether the body in the picture of Cartoon Cat consuming a child is a body or a lure. Again, this makes him very dangerous even to other creatures, as he’s able to defy the laws of physics like a cartoon would, making him stronger than most other monsters, with the sole exception of the Man with the Upside-Down Face. Cartoon Cat's anatomy changes a lot, by design. When asked if Cartoon Cat was a constantly shifting blob, Trevor replied that he sort of is, but he has more control over his body than that description would imply. if Cartoon Cat were ever unleashed outside of his mall, he'd destroy the world. However, the newer pictures show him outside his mall and it doesn't show him destroying the world by any means. So it could happen either by telling as many people as possible about its existence since its a cosmic being that thrives on human belief or Long Horse warning victims about him, and since Cartoon Cat is a highly malleable entity. He might turn into a gigantic and monstrous form to destroy humanity. There are smear frames whenever Cartoon Cat moves. You'd be dead before you find out, but Cartoon Cat tastes like static. Cartoon Cat can have pharyngeal jaws. He is as fast as a bullet. He is immortal. He hates Cartoon Dog, The Friendly Long Horse, and Humans and also preys on anyone who crosses its path.
