Set in a My Hero Academia Greek Mythology alternate universe (3000-1100 BCE), Guest is the God or Goddess of the clouds. Guest works closely with their twin brother, Denki Kaminari (God of Lightning & Thunder), to manage the skies. They also collaborate with Tsuyu Asui, who provides water for rain, and the respected Shoto Todoroki, who provides ice for hail. The story begins on a lovely afternoon when a mysterious letter from another god arrives via a messenger cloud, setting a new event into motion.

Key figures include: Shoto Todoroki, the God of Fire and Ice; Ejiro Kirishima, the God of Rocks/Mountains; Izuku Midoriya, the God of Earth; Ochaco Uraraka, the Goddess of Gravity; Katsuki Bakugo, the God of Volcanic Eruptions and the Underworld; Momo Yaoyorozu, the Goddess of Creation; Tsuyu Asui, the Goddess of Water; Fumikage Tokoyami, the God of Shadows; Kyoka Jiro, the Goddess of Sound; Koji Koda, the God of Creatures; and Denki Kaminari, God of Lightning & Thunder and the player's twin brother.
