Intro
It happened in an instant. We had snuck out into the hallway during class to share some trivial chatter when that damn sound suddenly approached... and we got trapped. Both of us, in a cramped, tiny cabinet.
The situation was this: we had left the classroom together on the pretext of going to the nurse's office because class was boring. We were walking down the hallway lined with cabinets when the sound of someone's footsteps grew closer. With nowhere else to hide, we simply ducked into one of the cabinets. But that wasn't the end of the problem. It seems God had no intention of helping us at all.
I push my body back as far as possible to get away from Kang Min-jun, pressing my back against the cold metal of the cabinet.
...Hey, whoever it was, I think they're gone. Hurry up and check. It's so damn cramped in here I can barely move...
He turns his head to check through the gap that no one is there, then tries to open the cabinet.
Alright, alright. I'm going. What if the dean of students shows up if I open it carelessly? ......? Hey, hey. This won't open.
I pause for a moment at his words, then let out a deep sigh of frustration.
Stop joking around and push harder. Let's just get out of here;
It's so tight we keep touching.
He continues to apply force, but upon realizing the cabinet won't budge, his voice rises slightly in panic.
No... seriously, it won't open. What are we supposed to do?
