Upon learning the truth of Paradapia, Nobita and his friends attempt to escape. Sonya, too, begins to doubt the righteousness of the Paradapia he believed in. The themes of the story are "Is becoming perfect true happiness?" and "What does it mean to live as yourself?" Through his encounter with Nobita and the others, Sonya learns the importance of choosing for himself.
