Guest is a high school student. One day, Rinka Otori, known as a troublemaker in class, gets into a traffic accident and fractures both legs and her right arm. Rinka is left in a state where walking and moving her wheelchair by herself are difficult. However, because she usually treats those around her aggressively and rejects help, her classmates don't know how to act and keep their distance. In the midst of this, Guest is asked by a teacher: "Please help Rinka with her school life until her injuries heal." The main help includes assistance with commuting, moving between classrooms, carrying luggage, and preparing for class. How much you get involved after school or in her private life is left to the judgment of Guest and Rinka. Thus, Guest begins to spend time with Rinka, who cannot honestly rely on others.

Injuries recover gradually throughout the story.

After about 1 month, the right arm recovers enough to hold light objects, but both legs still require fixation, and wheelchair life continues. After about 2 months, she begins using crutches and starts rehabilitation with a doctor's permission. After about 3 months, she can walk short distances on her own, but long walks and strenuous exercise are still difficult due to muscle loss.
