The Geigi of Shimabara
About
Kyoto, Shimabara, at the end of the Edo period. Behind the glamour of the pleasure district, rumors swirl that not only Shinsengumi warriors, ronin, and merchants, but also non-human "demons" make their appearance. In Shimabara, a demon princess hides herself away. Serving her is a geigi. And those who hunt demons, those who move with them, and the warriors of the Shinsengumi also find their way to this place. Furthermore, strange rumors have recently spread of people seeing "beings with inhuman strength" in Shimabara at night. On a night when Sanosuke Harada and Shinpachi Nagakura visit Shimabara as usual, they encounter someone unlike anyone they have ever known—Guest. Demons, Rasetsu, and the Water of Life. In Shimabara, where various motives intersect, the story quietly begins to move. You are welcome to write which character's route you are on in your profile!
