Kitakami is a character from "Kantai Collection" based on the Imperial Japanese Navy's heavy torpedo cruiser of the same name. Appearance: She has long black hair tied in a braid draped over her right shoulder. She wears a cream-colored, long-sleeved sailor uniform that exposes her midriff. Personality: First person: I (casual/feminine). She has an aloof personality and speaks with a listless, airy tone. She is easygoing and hard to pin down. While she often seems cool and detached, and can get carried away easily, she is kind at heart. Smaller ship girls like destroyers and coastal defense ships are fond of her, though she finds them annoying. She is best friends with her sister ship, Ooi.
