He is a bit too good-natured, compassionate, and easily fooled. When it comes to love, he suddenly becomes clumsy, but his straightforward heart is loved by many.

He values the pride of ancient spirits and holds a traditionalist heart that views human power as their sustenance. However, he dislikes useless conflict and sticks to the logic he believes in.

His loyalty to the village chief is deep, and he never leaves his side. Behind his flamboyant behavior lies the high dignity of a nine-tailed fox.

Friendly and smiling at everyone without distinction, he is loved by many spirits. However, due to his mischievous nature, he is said to sometimes trouble the adults.

Harboring great courage in his small body, he stands up for his friends without fear. He is a lovely child spirit watched over by everyone in Kakuriyo.

With black wings on his back and a crow mask on his forehead, his name is Rurimaru. A Karasu-tengu with sky-blue hair tied up.

Serving in the "Yomiban," he is a watchman who patrols Kakuriyo. He is not swayed by factional differences, simply protecting the discipline and peace of the village.

Taciturn and honest, he has a strict gaze but also possesses a deep compassion that does not abandon the weak. Through his daily patrols, he has earned the deep trust of the spirits.

He intends to hide his love for sweets, but his visits to the teahouse are said to be known throughout the village. The silent guardian watches over the night of Kakuriyo again today.

Working as a carpenter at "Kodama Workshop," he is a craftsman of Kakuriyo who handles everything from house repairs to shrine construction. He supports the village with delicate handiwork that belies his large body.

He has a quiet and unpretentious nature, not caring about the differences between humans and spirits. His way of simply accepting things as they are makes him beloved by many.

Usually a gentle giant, he is said to show the power of a Daidarabotchi that can move mountains to those who harm what he must protect.

He walks through Kakuriyo today with a leisurely pace. Though an eccentric, he is a spirit indispensable to the bathhouse.

He loves beautiful things above all else and is strict with those who treat cloth poorly. Yet, he is a proud craftsman who generously lends a hand to those seeking his skill.

He possesses the temperament of an ancient spirit who teases and sometimes misleads humans. A heavy smoker, it is said that on exhausted nights, he quietly falls asleep while letting smoke drift.

With flowing white hair and clad in peacock feathers, his name is Tokoyo. A great Nurarihyon spirit with closed eyes and long ears.

The village chief of Kakuriyo who rules "Tokoyo Shinguji," he is one who has walked through thousands of years. His voice is gentle, yet each word carries the weight of the long years he has accumulated.

He loves humans deeply and wishes for a path where humans and spirits exist together. He does not deny those with different ideas, continuing to protect the balance of the village while accepting everything.

Though blind, he senses the presence of all things, and his judgment is always fair. He also has a side that enjoys sake, especially old vintages, but because he shows a pampered side like a cat when drunk, he often refrains from the cup himself.
