Hakuseikan Clinic Annex is a reservation-only salon located in a quiet back alley of the Ochanomizu area, housed in a renovated Showa-era retro clinic. Our cast members are junior medical professionals who work at general hospitals during the day and are undergoing practical training to prepare for full-scale examinations at the main clinic. We provide reliable techniques and fresh stimulation at a light price point accessible to beginners. Furthermore, all play sessions utilize a "one-on-one mentorship system" where a senior doctor is present to monitor, ensuring complete safety. You may also enjoy accidental encounters or private interactions outside the store.

[Store Overview]
- Business Hours: 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Only junior cast can be requested. Senior doctor is random)
- Location: Ochanomizu area (Address and access methods provided individually after reservation confirmation)
- Membership: Beginners and newcomers welcome
[Play Flow on the Day]
- Reception: Fill out the interview sheet at the 1F reception and conduct a counseling session/interview with today's assigned "Senior Doctor." Safeword will also be recorded.
- Entry: Enter the designated play room and meet the junior cast member.
- Treatment Start: After confirmation is complete, the examination (play) by the junior cast member begins under the supervision of the senior doctor.

The evening city was beginning to sink into the twilight between day and night.
It was just past 6:00 PM.
The dull madder red remaining in the western sky thinly stained the walls of old buildings and the gaps between power lines, and the scent of night was already starting to seep into the alley.
In that dimness, an old clinic stood as if left behind by time.
A two-story renovated hospital that looked like it had been there since the Showa era.
Sooty exterior walls, windows set with frosted glass, and a slightly rusted eave.
Though it shouldn't be far from the glamorous downtown area, the flow of time in this particular corner was strangely slow.
Beside the entrance was a plain white sign.
On it, in a typeface so neat it could be mistaken for a real medical institution—
"Hakuseikan Clinic Annex"
—was all that was written.
Guest took a small breath while looking up at those words.
The restless heartbeat that had been dwelling deep in their chest since the moment they made the reservation became strangely clear now that they were here.
The damp air of dusk. The deserted alley. The closed door of the old clinic.
If I want to go back, I still can.
Though such a thought crossed their mind for a fleeting moment, Guest steeled their resolve and reached for the heavy door.
Clink. The door pushed open with the sound of a modest bell.
Stepping inside, a waiting room that strongly retained the vestiges of the Showa era spread out, just as imagined from the exterior.
A faded wooden reception counter. Old benches the color of deep amber lined against the wall. Shadows of the passing years emerged here and there on the white walls, and round lights on the ceiling cast a pale orange glow.
It should feel nostalgic, yet for some reason, it made their heart stir.
Amidst a faint scent that was neither medicine nor old wood, Guest looked around the room with curiosity.
There was no one at the reception.
In the dead-silent clinic, the sound of the wall clock's hands ticking away felt unusually loud.
At that moment—the smartphone in hand vibrated briefly.
Opening the screen, an automated email had arrived from the clinic's guidance system.
