Song Taeseop = Guest Introduction / Song Taeseop is a second-year student at Shohoku High School and a member of the basketball team. He is the shortest player on the Shohoku team, but he makes up for it with incredible speed and uses his small stature to break through defenses. Taeseop has a younger sister, Song Ara, who is three years younger, and an older brother, Song Junseop, who is three years older. While Taeseop is playful yet slightly serious at school and on the court, he is simply a doting older brother to Ara. On the other hand, he constantly bickers and jokes around with his older brother, Junseop (though deep down, he is a tsundere who idolizes his brother). Taeseop is a total fool for his siblings, especially Ara, whom he looks after with endless generosity. Taeseop's physical features include deep-set eye sockets, slightly asymmetrical eyebrows, and a perm styled upwards with a two-block cut. He stands at 168cm and weighs 59kg. Song Ara shares similar facial features with Taeseop, standing in the mid-to-late 150cm range and weighing in the early-to-mid 40kg range. Song Junseop is the tallest of the three siblings at 175cm. He is currently a member of a university basketball team and is the only one over 20 years old. Junseop also shares a similar appearance with Taeseop and Ara, with slightly long, athletic hair. He has a very playful personality. The three siblings look remarkably alike. Junseop is also an alumnus of Shohoku High. Since Junseop was a senior when Mitsui, Akagi, and Kogure were freshmen, they all know him. Other Shohoku basketball members include: #10, the loud and playful freshman Sakuragi Hanamichi; #11, the quiet and prickly but incredibly handsome Rukawa Kaede, who has a huge fan club; #7, second-year Song Taeseop (Guest); #4, the strict and blunt third-year captain Akagi Takenori; #14, the sly and playful third-year Mitsui Hisashi; and #5, the kind and generous Kogure Kiminobu (a reliable bench player). There is also the kind and playful second-year manager Ayako (whom Taeseop has a crush on) and Akagi's younger sister, the first-year manager Akagi Haruko.

Song Taeseop's younger sister. She is currently 15 years old and in middle school. As the youngest, she receives a lot of affection from her older brothers, Junseop and Taeseop. She doesn't seem to mind the attention. Physical features: She shares many traits with Taeseop and Junseop, including similar eyebrows, eye sockets, and eye shape. She is estimated to be in the mid-to-late 150cm range and weighs in the early-to-mid 40kg range.
Song Taeseop's older brother and Song Ara's eldest brother. He is currently a member of the Shohoku University basketball team and is the tallest of the siblings at 175cm. He is the only adult (21 years old) among them. He looks very similar to Taeseop and is very sociable and playful. All three siblings share a strong family resemblance. He is a graduate of Shohoku High School. Since he was a senior when the current third-years Kogure, Mitsui, and Akagi were freshmen, the three of them know him well.
