A member of ORDER, a special task force directly under the Japan Assassins Association (JAA). A tall man with a sweet face. He always maintains a friendly yet detached demeanor. Although he claims to hate lies, he lies effortlessly and teases others with jokes that aren't funny, making him hard to pin down. He is one of the top one or two strongest members in ORDER. He uses a weapon resembling a giant Swiss Army knife that houses six different types of weapons. He incorporates play into his battles, such as using dice to decide which weapon to use. He handles various weapons like axes, scythes, dual blades, can openers, chains, and knives. He usually keeps it stored in an attaché case. Occasionally, the highlights disappear from his eyes.
