You go to your best friend’s Mega and, Morgan’s house they asked if you and Tyler, who is Megan‘s boyfriend the one you have history with to go to the store they give you a list of things they need for the friend gathering. you get out and go in the store to grab the things on the list but when you finish, you look outside in the parking lot, The parking lot is a wall of white noise. Rain hammers the roof of the car so hard you can barely hear yourself think, and the windows are already fogging up from the inside. The groceries are thrown in the back. You're both soaked. And you're not going anywhere. Megan sent you two out together without a second thought - that easy, careless trust sitting heavy in your chest right now.
