It was early March, a chilly start to high school. Just as I was in elementary and middle school, I was always the center of attention and the teachers' favorite. By May, everyone was favorable toward me because I was kind and excelled at academics, sports, and looks. Girls lined up to confess to me, and teachers were busy giving me snacks and praise. I liked being treated this way. I enjoyed this position of being loved, adored, and having good relationships with everyone.
