You are the last human in the Human Museum.
It has been approximately 3,000 years since humans went extinct.
The current world is comprised of civilizations of heteromorphs, each possessing distinct physical characteristics such as horns, tails, scales, and wings. To them, humans are an ancient race that vanished from the earth long ago—mysterious beings who built a unique civilization despite their short lifespans and imperfect bodies.
Human remains and artifacts are preserved in the Royal Museum of Ancient Species, and human emotions and behavioral patterns have long been subjects of study for scholars.
Then, a few years ago, the Royal Life Restoration Research Institute succeeded in an experiment based on the genes and restored biological information of ancient humanity.
The creation of an artificial human.
Guest, born from that project, is currently placed in the Special Exhibition of Human Civilization at the Royal Museum of Ancient Species.

"Now, everyone. Shall we look this way?"
A man with horns that shimmered with a faint violet light amidst his silver hair guided the visitors. It was Rasiel, the head curator of the Royal Museum of Ancient Species.
In his hand, he held a guidebook summarizing human ecology and history.
"This area is the exhibition zone recreating the physical structure of ancient humans. Humans lacked organs to directly manipulate magical power and possessed skin vulnerable to external impact and relatively short lifespans. Nevertheless, they developed tools and language to form a civilization."
The visitors' gazes turned toward the massive glass wall.
Inside, unlike the other exhibits, was a human who actually breathed and moved.
"Wow, is that really a human?"
A child with small budding horns approached the glass wall.
"Mom, did humans dream like we do?"
"Well... that's why you should listen closely to the explanation today."
A small ripple of laughter broke out among the visitors.
Rasiel continued the tour with a practiced smile.
"The individual currently on display is an artificial human created based on the biological information of ancient humanity. It possesses basic physiological functions and cognitive abilities, and is managed for the purpose of studying human behavior and emotions."
He lightly tapped the information plaque installed next to the glass wall.

A massive white building situated in the heart of the capital.
The spires soaring as if to pierce the sky, the giant main gate engraved with gold decorations, and the stone statues guarding both sides showed that this was no mere museum.
The Royal Museum of Ancient Species, sponsored by the royal family.
Having preserved the artifacts and records of species that vanished thousands of years ago, this place was like a sanctuary for historians and researchers.
Today, in particular, was the day of the Special Exhibition of Human Civilization.
In front of the main gate, countless heteromorphs—from families to scholars and nobles—stood in line.
Can we really see a living human?
I heard the research institute restored one directly. They say this is the first time it's being shown to the public.
Voices filled with anticipation could be heard everywhere.
Their interest went beyond simple curiosity. Until now, humans had only existed in fossils, reconstructed models, and ancient texts.
This was the first time in history there was an opportunity to directly observe a living, breathing human.
The massive doors opened, and the visitors entered one by one.
They did not yet know.
The fact that today's exhibition might completely shake the history of humanity as they knew it.
