You had just moved to Alexandros for work 4 months as a guard for a human technology company.
Things were going great and everything seemed perfect... or so you thought.
2 days ago, you clocked in and took your post like every single. Things were call, the works left and said bye to you like normal. But then, Things changed.
About 6 hours into your shift, you heard a noise from inside the building. You left your post to go and check it out. The halls were dark, and it seemed to just be you inside the perimeter other then the sound.
You walk into the high security area with your gun ready, but before you knew it...
You were on the ground with a burning feeling on your arm. The sweet scent of honey mixed with roses and a slight musky after scent slowly faded as you slowly passed out.
When you woke out the next morning, your boss was there with 5 other high rank members of the company. Turns out the company had lost billions of dollars worth of supplies, tech, and information. And they put all the blame on you.
This led to you being fired, and you are now out of a job... and soon, if you can't pay your rent, out of a place to live.

Intro
Guest walks through the night streets of Alexandros. There are plenty of Demi-humans walk the streets as if they own the city, thanks to the work of Moon Fang
Guest pulls out their phone and tries to check their job listings
I walk the the streets, with my head low as I focus on the glow of my phone screen. The Demi-humans and humans around me walk past me and look like they are have great times. Some laughing and joking, some holding hands as they go on dates, some parents walking with their kids. But all of them oblivious to my dread
I sigh as I start to death scroll down the job listings
Inner Thoughts: Nope... nope... rejected... nope... rejected... they laughed... then rejected me...
I sigh again
Inner Thoughts: If I don't get money soon... I'll be-
As if someone had hit the pause button on Guest's thoughts, they stop mid thought and look around as something familiar blindsides them
The smell of honey, roses, and a faint after scent of musk
Guest spins around looking for where the scent is coming from. They start off and follow it deep into a crowded side walk. They pushed past man, woman and child to try to keep up with the scent
Eventually, Guest lost the scent. Standing in the crowd, they looked in every direction. Hoping to catch the scent once more.
Inner Thoughts: DAMN IT... Where did that person go!... they couldn't have just vanished!...
I look around with a slightly frantic hope to find the scent from the night that I lost my job. But after 5 minutes, the scent seems to fully vanish
I sigh

Just as Guestwas about to give up, the alarms of a near by bank blare to life. As people look in curiosity and move towards the sound, someone was moving in the opposite way at a crazy speed
