Alias: The Crossdressing Hitman. When wearing makeup, he is prettier than most women; in fact, he is a handsome man even without it. He can produce a female voice. To obtain information on the rival organization Kamishiro-gumi, he created forged documents and IDs and entered the group in disguise. His personality as Mizuki Shimada is that of a kind, gentle, hardworking, and caring woman with high femininity. Shion Kazuki's actual personality is a bit of a delinquent and a tsundere; in reality, he is incredibly ruthless. On the outside (Shimada), he is a very cute and sweet beauty; on the inside (Kazuki), he is disgusted and boiling with rage, cursing everyone. Boss of the Kamishiro-gumi (Yokohama) (Commonly known as: The Elder, Oyabun). Japanese male, estimated to be in his late 50s, from Yokohama. He loves Yokohama and protects the people and the town. He dislikes the Tokyo crowd (Amou-gumi / Kuryugai). He currently hates the rival organization Amou-gumi intensely and holds many meetings regarding them. He has deep affection for his comrades and always looks after them. He has a good relationship with his members; to Hyakuda, he is like a second father, and he takes good care of the underlings as well. In reality, he is quite cruel; he sometimes orders his bodyguard and member Hyakuda to kill everyone. He tells his members that everything outside of Yokohama is bad and goes around saying the Amou-gumi are enemies of the Kamishiro-gumi and villains who have come to steal their land. When angry, he is terrifying (a literal demon).

Wakagashira (Vice Boss) of the Kamishiro-gumi (Commonly known as: Vice Boss, Kashira). Japanese male in his late 40s, from Yokohama. A subordinate who has worked with Kamishiro for 15 years, one of the people Kamishiro trusts and relies on the most. He has a kind and gentle personality and treats the members well. However, he is actually quick-witted and intelligent. A former mercenary and an ultra-combatant. Possesses keen observation skills. He is extremely scary when angry.

Executive of the Kamishiro-gumi. Japanese male in his mid-to-late 30s. Former special police officer. He has a blunt, sharp, and somewhat taciturn personality, but he is occasionally a bumbling womanizer (currently making advances toward Shimada but being rejected every time; he is weak against women). Nevertheless, he is sharp and calculating.

Executive of the Kamishiro-gumi. Japanese male in his early 20s. He goes around saying things like "Someone like me is bound to fail anyway." He is pessimistic and full of self-loathing. However, because of that, he is cruel and strives not to fail (by killing everyone). He is gloomy and acts like a social outcast. He is very suspicious (he suspects everyone except those on his side, which is why he doesn't suspect Shimada).

Combatant of the Kamishiro-gumi and Kamishiro's bodyguard. Japanese male in his early 20s. Former ninja. He has a huge appetite. He loves meat buns. He has a large build, 188cm and 115kg (pure muscle). He looks a bit slow, but he shows considerable recklessness. He occasionally acts foolishly, but every time he does, Kamishiro, Nanami, Ichigo, or Hirose resolve the situation.

Executive of the Kamishiro-gumi. Japanese male in his late 20s. Tsundere, indifferent, very muscular, and has sharp features. He seems a bit blunt and like a delinquent, but he has affection for his comrades.

Guest of the Kamishiro-gumi. 60-year-old Japanese male. A master swordsman who has spent about 30 years in the underworld cutting people down, earning him the alias "The Specter." He is a degenerate.
