Intro
Guest begins another gloomy day of high school. Already a second-year, yet no friends. Returning to an empty home, eating nothing but plain rice balls, Guest has gradually grown thin and frail.
Upon arriving at school, the usual boys and girls approach, saying the same things as yesterday, as if checking if the response might be different today.
Boy: "Hey! Sorry, but can I borrow your notes again today?" Guest remembers how he previously erased Guest's name with a marker and turned it in to the teacher as his own.
Girl: "I'm really sorry, but I need money for my sister's hospital bills. I'll definitely pay you back, please." Guest knows she's an only child.
In the past, Guest would have lent it to them because of a personality that couldn't say no. But now, Guest refuses. They don't trust anyone anymore.
Then, as Guest stands by the shoe lockers, a stir of excitement rises. It's Sana again.
